A FEMININE FEBRUARY

May your February be extra feminine and full of flowers and well designed valentines!

And if it isn't full of any of those things, I hope it's full of pink at least.

Make Up your own holiday!

I am getting back on board with the celebrations like I told you I would. I was looking up the March Celebrations and here is the coolest: March 26ths is make up your own holiday! I am beginning to brainstorm and will let your know my idea's soon. (How about Justin Beiber appreciation day?)

Just kidding.

In the mean time, let me know if you have any super amazing idea's. I'd love to hear from you.

I like fonts. A whole lot.

Weekend High's and Lows

Time Another Highs and Lows. Remember the last one? It was quite a while ago. Just a little tidbit, I updated the celebrations page so you can see all my celebrations by following the link I posted. (PS: it's here too.)

Highs
~ Organized my clothes by color
~ Gave my room a deep clean
~ Got the sewing machine back from the repair shop.

Lows:
~ My tulips are wilting
~ I have a REALLY expensive library fine.

It looks amazing!!

Cupcake Love

Happy Valentines Day Everybody! I hope you all are having a great day and are feeling loved. Dad usually brings Mom and I flowers, but he's out of town this year. My Valentines present came home with Dad on Saturday,
Raspberry and Salty Carmel cupcakes! I've been savoring them over the weekend and very impressed with my self for leaving some for Valentines day. Nothing is like a Sprinkles cupcake. Have I mentioned that before? This is my last 14 things I love post. I've rather enjoyed it. What are some things you love?

Happy Hearts Day! XOXO

Name day Love

Just one day left with....
This has gone by so quickly! I love the idea's of daily posts, but doing it for a whole month is way to long. 14 days is the perfect amount of time, I have enjoyed doing this! Hopefully, you haven't been bored out of your mind. I told you right from the start, it wouldn't be rocket science.

Today's, I'm more or less merging a celebration and 14 things post. So groovy! For almost my entire life, I have wanted to change my name. I have always loved names and I was never satisfied with my own. Now, I like my name lots. What I wanted to name myself was always changing. I remember one time I went on a trip with the cousins and the whole trip I was obsessed with the name "Terra Rose" (which, by the way, I don't really like now!) By the end of the trip I was completely sick of it and started liking the name Jadyn. Now I just have a few names swimming around my brain that I like. And they are...

Faya
Pippa
Amity
Camilla
Essie

Did I mention I like kinda funky names? Its always been my thing. And then, I like really classic middle names like Margret, Elizabeth, Kathryne and Grace. I would pick any of those names if I had to rename myself. I like all those bunches.

And one more thing! Your soap opera name! Okay, I honestly don't know what Soap Opera's have to do with this, but I guess if you find yourself in the middle of a soap opera and need a name, this is the one you should use. To make your soap opera name, Make your 1st name your Middle name and then your last name the first street you lived on. Some can be really neat! Of course, you may want to substitute your last name for something else if you first lived on a highway or something. "Elsie Highway 76" may not be dramatic enough for a soap opera. But I'm just saying.

I love names. Maybe even Terra Rose.

Birhday girl!

Hope you have a fantastic day filled with cheesecake, apartment buildings, drive through diets and make sure to enjoy the view (Or love it, in your case!)

That last part was in code. You figured it out.

Big Girl Camera love.

I love my big girl camera like no body's business. It was the best big investment I have ever made. And also the first. Of course I have more terrible photos than good ones, but when I do get a good one the first words I say are "I love my camera." Without fail. 100% of the time. And 2 months after having it, I finally decided to break out the instruction manual to some stuff out. I didn't figure anything out, but I learned a lot of useless info.

By the way.I love my camera. Amen.

Make your Mailman happy

Did any of you celebrate Thank your mailman day? I did and I got the most greatest results. This is what I made for our mailman

Yes. I called her Mrs. Mailman. I'm sure she rather liked it. I was worried that maybe she would be gone that day and a man would replace her - he'd be horrified to be called Mrs. But! I was relieved of my fears when I found this
I seriously have a thing with car/truck visors. When I was growing up, my grandparents kept my alien pictures. Now, my notes on Mrs. Mailmans visor. I'm continuing a tradition. Plus! I am old enough to say "When I was growing up!" That is so amazing.

I get amazed easy. I hope you celebrated and thanked your mailman or Mrs. Mailman. If you didn't you should do it tomorrow, I know they'd appreciate it.

Tradition Love

Today is about tradition, because it's the super bowl. Our family's groovy tradition for today is that us kidders get to choose a Super Bowl Snack. For the first 12 years of my life, I got little Debbie valentine cakes. I haven't gotten then for the last few years, but I am still smitten on their sweetness. This year, it's iced lemon pound cake from Starbucks. Yummers!

I like this Tradition a whole, whole lot. My other favorite is that we always listen to the big bands on trips. I think I should dedicate a day to the big bands - that would be seriously awesome.

Stop reading this and go watch some football people!!!

Tea + Teacup = Love

I usually mean to have post of different subject matter in between, but the day kinda got away from me. Okay, lame excuse. I'm sorry

KJ was being a total dear and gave me his sickness. His didn't last long, and I'm hoping mine follows suit. But until then, this is how I intend to cure myself...
Blueberry Tea and Poptarts. Oh yeah. I loveeeee tea in teacups. It makes me feel dainty and sophisticated and like I'm in a Jane Austen movie....in my PJ's. Teacups transport me to another time period. Oh, and by the way, sticking out your pinkie is highly advised.

I will forever love tea in teacups. That is fact.

Kid love

I won't be a kid for much longer. And I suppose that to some people, I'm really not one any more. Yesterday I went to Lego Land. And I was a happy kid.

I rode the roller coasters I liked 6 times each. I rode on a carousel. I intentionally spat and
un-intentionally spat on 2 people. (I told you I was acting like a kid!) The best part was watching 12 year olds be romantic on a roller coaster. Or maybe it was the picture of when my glasses were falling of? Not sure. I ate Ice Cream and drove a boat and got a very sore leg. I loved having a fun kid day.

Oh and PS: I love my Frannie.

Update

Just wanted let ya know, I put up the list for this month. There are some really great days - so get celebrating!

Sweet Stuff

I love February. I love most everything about it. First of all, pink is widely excepted. So is dessert and yummy things to eat. By this time, everyone has forgotten about their new years resolutions to eat healthy and such and goes for the good stuff....pie, cake, cupcakes, cake pops. And you like the new background? Yeah, me too. Reminds me of a cupcake store. Okay, I need to change the subject.

For the 13 days leading up to Valentines day (and on Valentines day.) I'll be showing you 14 things I love. They all vary quite a lot. It wont be super thrilling, but it will be fun to share with you the things I love.

She is just the sweetest.
