This was taken:

This song was made up:

Grandma got run over by the Schwans man,
Walking out from our house on the 22nd
You may say there's no such thing as schwans man,
but as for me and Brookie, we believe.

These girls made me really, really happy:

And now you know,
what happened 365 days ago.

I am turning into such a poet.....yeah right.

For people who wear plaid shorts...

All you techies rejoice, today is the day for you! I'm no techie, but I can appreciate their technological minds. Techies are nerds. But nice ones! Brooke says I will marry someone who works for Apple. Apple workers are complete techies. And have you noticed they ALL wear plaid shorts? I am serious! Its really quite unusual.

Name your car day was yesterday. I didn't participate because I don't own a car yet. I should be thinking of names for my hippie van. I love to name things, as you all know by now. Our car(s) are already names. Elise got a rav4 this summer and named it Manishqua? I can't remember. It was a really good name whatever it was. And then our friends, they named their car the green bean. It is pretty accurate.

I'm having a bad techie moment. I'm playing a game on my iPod and its freezing up and the music is beeping, sort of. Where's my plaid shorts guy when I need him??

Sorry, that was kind of random, but I figured I'd tell you since I'm having techinal difficulties. AND OH MY! The DJ for Publix and Walmart are the greatest! I heard the Beach Boys, Michael Buble and Ingrid Michaelson. I was so happy. And I dont even listen to Ingrid.

The only reason I'm telling you all this nonsense is because it Techie day. Goodbye forever.

Sincerely,
Can't get rid of me that easy.

PS: This has nothing to do with Name your car day or anything with Techies, but once Elise got a microphone and she named it Ingrid. I think I should name my hippie van Ingrid. Or Blossom. You tell me.

PPS: I though of something else techie, my dad just got an iPad. If he'd only get plaid shorts!

That I am

I am here to inform you that I am indeed a student. A good one too. Okay, so maybe I miss spelled genius today, and maybe I missed 5 problems on my math and maybe I'm still up to my elbows in homework, but all in all, I am a good student. Don't talk to my parents about this please. Our stories may differ. A little. Or a lot.

And just because I love you, I share this with you. I am so obsessed with this video. I forgot about the bongo's and the cowbells and the little fishy move. And big mama's earrings? Nothing cooler!!! I am so in love. Brooke is sad she is not here to sweat to the oldies with me. She actually is, she told my mother so.

Sincerely,
Gimme some lovin'!

One Star

Tennis Shoes day. First of all, I don't own any. I don't play tennis either. It would be so dumb to buy shoes for a sport I don't play. I would like to play tennis, but my hand eye coordination is way off. So, no tennis shoes for me.

The only pair of shoes I own that are close to tennis shoes are my Converse. They are not Chuck Taylor's, but they are just as cool.

I was first exposed to Converse by my cousins, Brooke and Elise. Thank you for enlightening me. For school one year, they all got Chuck Taylor's. Once I saw them I knew I wanted them. (That was also the year I envied their Sponge Bob tissues.) Anyway, I just got my Converse for my 13th birthday. They are about the most boyish looking thing I own. And, they're fairly girly.

And here is a secret. I don't tie shoes very well. When I was little, my mom bought me shoes that had no laces. I was lace free. It was only about 4 years ago when I actually had to tie my shoes. There were kids in my Sunday school class who could do it wicked fast. I guess that's just not one of my talents. Thankfully, I don't plan on going into a field where shoe tying is required. Converse also have insanely long laces. That does not help those of us who struggle with shoe tying. But I don't really struggle, I'm just not that fast.

As for my fantastic idea, it will have to wait till another day. We got the Jello. But I've been cleaning. And cooking for a pot luck. And Cleaning. And reading. I'm going to the King and I tonight and you can bet your china teapot I'll be wearing my Converse.

Sincerely,
I have tissue issues

PS: It was 6 years ago that I envied Sponge Bob tissues.

Woot Woot

I'm wooting for Brooke today. Today is her birthday. We are no longer the same age. I'll have to wait until December to be the same age as Brooke.

Brooke is so hilarious. She makes me laugh like crazy. One time we left messages on my aunts cell phone of us singing High School Musical. Hilarious. Another time we made signs and taped them all over Troy and Luc's cars. Horrible. And another time Brooke and I were on the Hunting Channel. At least we think we were. We were up at the Cabin picking daisy's when some guys in a raft went by. They were filming us and we waved and picked daisy's and looked cute. And the second they left we burst out laughing.

Haha. Brooke is so funny. And that was one of the funniest day so of my life. Happy Birthday Brookie. Be looking out for your Justice gift card in the mail. Haha, Just kidding.

Sincerely,
You are the cats pajamas's

PS: Brooke is not a reader of this blog. She wont see what I'm getting her for her birthday. I have no worries.

PPS: and I am the bee's knees. :)

Best Friend Day

Its best friend day, yippee! I've decided to dedicate this day to Brooke, who happens to be one of the awesomest people I know. (Emily, Jana, Emma and Claire, you are all my besties too! I promise to give you full recognition soon.) Today is About Brooke. And it just so happens that Brooke and I are cousins. We have no choice. We have to be friends. We tell one another our deepest and darkest secrets, which really are not that bad. One time we were shopping in a fancy mall. My feet were hurting, but I would not take off my shoes. So finally Brooke took off hers and then I did. And so we walked around with no shoes on. It was awesome. :) Here's what I wrote in Brooke's yearbook~

Brilliant Brooke,

Don't kill me for writing in here. I love you so much and i love it when we are together. Don't turn into one of those retarded highschoolers who think middleschoolers are dumb. Middleschoolers rock and you know it.

XOXO, Kind

ps: there is a fly on my pillow

I know she would have done the same for me if I was going in to high school. We are just like that. And I dont even think she noticed I wrote in her yearbook.

Speaking of friends, I've decided I want to be friendly. Of course I'm polite, But I want to be more friendly to people I dont know. That is something I have always struggled with. Here's how it happened:

Me: (handing him a $10 dollar bill) Here you go.

Mr. Farmer: How much change do you want?
Me: uh....all of it?

Mr. Farmer: (chuckles.) Good answer.

Sincerley,

Middle Schoolers rock and you know it.

PS: Brilliant and Kind are nick-names I made up for us a few summers ago. They are very fitting, as Brooke is now and Honors Biology Student and I'm writing about her. :)

PPS: This was long.
