Happy Star Wars day! Today is the celebration for our inner Star Wars
nerd.... And don't be modest, you know you are one! I have a funny story
about star wars day (and it may or may not be another blond moment.) 2
or 3 years ago, I learned about Star Wars Day. I was at some nature
thing with a bunch of other homeschoolers. I was wearing a hoodie. Gasp.
Anyway, fashion faux-pas aside, someone mentioned that it was on May 4th
and then said "may the 4th be with you." But then (cue hair color
change) I said, "well, they really could have done it on any other day,
it just had to be on the 4th." and everyone stopped scooping their pond
scum long enough to give me big blank stares. I tried to reinforce my
statement by saying it could have been in June (yes, I did say, June the
4th be with you if you were wondering.)
About 1 minute later I realized what a dork I was (am).
You are so glad I've grown out of all this right? Me too.
My favorite movies? Revenge of the sith and Return of the Jedi. Return
of the Jedi because I have great summer memories of watching it 8
billion times with good friends. Oh and I do totally love the earth
Vadar song and I always skip back and watch the parts with the song over
and over again. And then, Revenge of the sith. Spell check says it
should be revenge of the sigh, but for once I'm right. I first watched
it in 2010 with broke. Watching anything with Brooke makes you love it.
Except Icarly, but that's another story. So we are watching it and we
get to the part where Anakin Is burning up and right as his hair lights
on fire Brooke goes "oh, there goes all his luscious hair!" now whenever
anyone Jenkins Anakin, I always think of his wavy soft luscious hair. I
can't help it. It was so funny.
I should talk about Yoda (or actually, talk about Yoda, I should.) but
we know all about him. My favorite Jedi is Mace windu. (seriously, his
light saber is purple.) and I was totally shouting at the sigh sith when
he was thrown out the window to his metropolitan grave. I almost cried.
And I absolutely hated that lousy sith after that. And that's a wrap.
Sincerely,
"Luke....*slurp*....I am your father."*
*said by me when I had an incredible amount of spit in my mouth.

Happy {Fri} Day: 5/4
Yikes! Its already Friday. I pretty much forgot it was Friday until 20 seconds ago. We did a bunch of things this week, and huzzah, I actually posted a fair amount and (huzzah again!) I enjoyed it! You can hold the applause though, but I know you are secretly cheering. I might post about my Chicago Dog, It was pretty funny.
How's your week been? Feel free to comment your happy things. I'm off to prepare for the first swim of the season, woot!xoxo...Kryn
PS: Star Wars Day celebration soon. If I was punny, I'd call you a padawan. But I'm trying to be normal. You understand don't you young padawan?

Bucket list
I'd really love to tell you everything about my dreams and the official dream of the day. But I'm a tad busy. So you'll have to be patient.
Sincerely,
Thanks for waiting.
UPDATE:
Why I always write Update in caps I have no idea. But I do, so lets get going. Let's talk about dreams first. I'm going to categorize these by sleep dreams and real life dreams. Are sleepy dreams real life? I am so confused. And what about if I dream about something I dream about in real life?
1. Sleepy Dream: Once upon a time I had the most hilarious star wars dream. I was fighting with the Rebels in the Grand Canyon, and Darth Vader was just this huge helmet. Barack Obama came to save us, but Darth Vadar killed him. The we were in this hallway, and all the storm troopers were chasing us, so I ran into Padama's room and into her closet. She let me try on some of her wacky shoes, sort of like Mrs. Frizzles from the Magic School Bus. They were maroon stiletto's with snails! How cool. Then I went Ice Skating down this tunnels with Storm Troopers and we all lived happily ever after. The End.
2. Real life dream: To go to Paris. Can I be more clear? I have wanted to go to Paris for as long as I can remember. If I get married, which I probably wont, I want to go there on my honeymoon. But I'll settle for a senior trip or both. Frankly, I just want to go to Paris.
3. Sleepy Dream: I think me wanting to travel just about anywhere inspired this dream. I was in a 2 story house in Italy with my grandparents. I was making Spaghetti. My grandpa really cant stand Italian food so as I was walking with a boiling pot of spaghetti sauce, he pushed me out the window and I fell to certain death. But I woke up before my certain death so I'll never know the tragic end. Actually what inspired this dream was once I actually was carrying a hot pot full of spaghetti sauce and I spilled it on myself and burnt myself. I know, genius.
4. Real life dream: To participate in a flash mob. I have no idea what they are really like, but to me, participating in a flash mob would be just the coolest. Not like the ones in Philly, but where you break out and dance in a public place. The idea really appeals to me. I have some serious moves up my sleeve that would only be appropriate in a flash mob setting.
The official dream of the day is Martin Luther King Jr's dream. I listened to the speech, and besides the fact that MLK is actually really bad at giving speeches, It was great. It was very inspiring and uplifting. The people in the background the whole time were saying "Yes Lord." or "Preach it brother!" which really added to whole effect of greatness. Here's my favorite line(s):
I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.
See, I told you it was good. I really like it. If anyone had half a mind they'd give a speech like this and win any election. MLK really had a great dream. I'm so glad it's come and is coming true.
Sincerely,
On the subject of bow ties, I only like them on fictional characters.
PS: Making up for the shortness of the initial post, oh yeah!
Sincerely,
Thanks for waiting.

Go fly a kite
"Go fly a kite" is a phrase KJ and I use often to display sibling affection. So it was very fitting that today was go fly a kite day. Before I moved or when My friend moved (I cant remember which, ) she gave me a kite. I have never used it , and so today I am going to give it a try. It's not very windy out. I have a feeling my kite flying will not be successful. I'm not going to go out now, I don't want to take off my fuzzy socks with snowmen. I just love them.
The Umbrella:
Yesterday was sunny. Woot. We went out and had a good time. Just before we came back here for the summer, I bought an umbrella. I love it. I have actually never used it in the rain. That is just way to logical. It is way to cute to be used on a dismal day. It has polka dots. How awesome.
A few days ago I was messing around with my umbrella and left it open. Bubbles jumped right it. So I took her outside and made her do it again.
Sophie, my little punk, refuses to go near it. She is very strange.
Here is me and my umbrella. I love my umbrella. It was a very good purchase. It was worth the $15 doll hairs I spent.
Oh and I just found out that my friend Emily has o-positive blood. Woot. We are both filled with 0- awesomeness. I am ecstatic.
Conversation between Emily and I:
Sincerely,
Woot Woot and happy kite flying
UPDATE:
My day was very sad today. I searched high and low for that kite. It was no where to be found. I kept my fuzzy snowman sock on. But still, no kite. And it proved to be a very windy day. I wished I could have flown my kite. If I could have found it. I'm sorry for letting you down on such a cool holiday. If I ever find that kite, I will fly it.
Sincerely,
No kites for Me

Shining, the sun is. Very happy, I am. Like singing songs and eating cookies I feel.
She was using some Yoda speak thing. I was jazzed. I love the way Yoda talks. It is so cool. If anyone is interested in having a Star Wars Marathon, I would be happy to join you. And, my conversation with Andy was mostly us wooting about the weather and other woot worthy topics. We woot often. We are wooters. Not to be confused with owls, we are very different creatures.
