A tribute to the 80's....and parents

So this is kind of a late tribute to Parents Day. I started off with full intentions of blogging and did not. I also wrote a post for Aunt and Uncle day and forgot to post it. What a lame blogger!

I wanted to post current pictures of my parents. However mom disagreed. So here are the pictures I have for you:This is what the 80's can do to people. I think my dad should ditch his tank tops and don more age appropriate clothes. But hey, that's just me.See if you can find my dad in this one! Now my dad is bald. Partly by choice and partly by fate. I guess it was not cool to be bald in the 80's. The 80's were all about poofs. And sadly bald people couldn't participate in the poof revolution. Being bald is not frowned upon any more. Its trendy. My dad was so ahead of the curve. My parents are in the middle here. I hope my mom is not wearing a jumper. Look how in love they are. My dad was probably secretly envious of my moms awesome 80's hair. The poof. The smell of hairspray. Yes, he was probably envious of all that.

Its chocolate milk day. We don't have anything to make chocolate milk day a successful celebration. I'm going to go learn how to mow. We are clearing the lawn of all trailers and other lawn ornaments that might be damaged in the process. I've already run into a trailer on a snowmobile. It was not pretty.

Sincerely,
I have the coolest parents!
